We provide free replacement parts for any damaged or missing items.

If you want to return the product because of a quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost. 

If you want to return because you don't like the product / did not approve purchase. bought wrong style/ does not fit in your home etc, there is a flat $200 return shipping fee and $50 restocking fee.
